Oraspa Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Ora Wellness Garden, we honor time, presence, and care—for our guests and our practitioners.
This policy explains how bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and payments work for our spa, yoga, and wellness services.
By booking a session, class, or experience with us, you agree to this policy.
1. Booking Appointments
All sessions, classes, and treatments must be booked through:

Our official booking system
Or an approved Ora Wellness communication channel
Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.
Please review your booking carefully and contact us if anything needs correction.
2. Payment Terms
Payment requirements depend on the service booked and may include:
Full payment at the time of booking
A deposit to secure your session
All prices are clearly displayed before checkout.
Appointments requiring payment are only confirmed once payment is received.
3. Cancellations
We understand that life flows and plans may change.
Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within this window will not be charged.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in:
Loss of deposit
Or full session charge
This allows us to honor our practitioners’ time and offer availability to others.
4. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, free of charge.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
5. No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us in advance, it will be considered a no-show.
In the case of a no-show:
The session will be forfeited
Payments or deposits are non-refundable
6. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late:
Your session may still end at the originally scheduled time
The full fee will apply
This ensures fairness to all guests and maintains the flow of the day.
7. Refunds
Unless stated otherwise:
Completed services are non-refundable
Missed or late-cancelled appointments are non-refundable
Digital offerings, bookings, or reserved time are non-refundable once delivered
Any exceptions will be clearly communicated before booking.
8. Changes or Cancellations by Ora Wellness Garden
In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
If this happens, we will offer:
A rescheduled appointment
Or a full refund if rescheduling is not possible
9. Classes, Packages & Retreats
For yoga classes, packages, or multi-session offerings:
Sessions may have an expiration period
Unused sessions may not roll over or be refunded unless stated
Specific terms will be shown at the time of booking
